Our Story
The Sitting Duck grew out of Chef Shaun Belangia’s personal chef brand, The Migrating Duck, and his deep roots in the kitchen. After years of bringing custom meals and unforgettable dining experiences into people’s homes, Shaun wanted to create a space where that same creativity and connection could live year-round. The Sitting Duck Café & Market is the next chapter — a laid-back spot built for the community, inspired by a love for local flavors, real conversations, and the joy of gathering together.
